Print on Demand

Every hat is made to order. Nothing is warehoused, nothing is pre-made. This means your order goes into production the moment you check out, and it ships directly from our North America fulfillment facility to your door.

Production time is 2–5 business days before shipping begins. Shipping time is additional on top of that.

Shipping

We ship to Canada and the United States. Flat rate $12 CAD on every order.

Carrier tracking is provided via email once your order ships. We don't control carrier delays — once it's in the mail system, delivery times can vary.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every item is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind or buyer's remorse
• Wrong size ordered (please check the size guide before purchasing)
• Colour variations due to screen calibration differences

We will make it right in these situations:

• Defective or damaged item

  Full replacement at no cost. Send a photo to ethan@tnaado.com within 7 days of delivery.

• Wrong item received

  We fix it immediately. Contact us with your order number.

• Lost in transit

  Replacement or full refund. After 20 business days with no movement, contact us.

• Production defect

  If the embroidery or print is defective, we replace it. No argument.
