What we collect

• Order details — your name, email address, shipping address, and the items, colorway, and amounts on your order.
• Payment information — handled by Stripe. We do not store your full card number; Stripe processes the payment and returns only a confirmation and limited details (such as the card's last four digits).
• Analytics — we use first-party, cookieless analytics. A short-lived session identifier is kept in your browser's sessionStorage (cleared when you close the tab), and our server records approximate geographic location and IP address plus your user-agent (browser and device type). We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site trackers.

Why we collect it

• To process, produce, ship, and support your order, and to email you tracking.
• To detect and prevent fraud and abuse.
• To understand, in aggregate, how the store is used and where visitors come from.
• To meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

We use trusted third-party processors to run the store. We share only what each needs to do its job:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Printful — print-on-demand production and fulfilment (receives your shipping details).
• Google — email delivery (order and shipping notifications via Gmail).
• Cloudflare — content delivery, security, and bot protection for the site.

We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

We keep order and transaction records for as long as needed to fulfil your order and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements (generally several years, as Canadian law requires). Analytics data is kept in aggregated or short-retention form and is not used to build a long-term profile of you.

Your rights — access and deletion

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we must keep by law). Email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.
