Shipping

We ship within Canada only. Checkout is limited to Canadian addresses. Shipping is a flat $9.75 CAD on every order, plus HST applied at checkout.

Processing time

Each hat is made to order and embroidered on demand, then quality-checked and shipped from North America. Orders ship within 2–5 business days of purchase.

Delivery estimate

After your order ships, carrier delivery across Canada typically takes 5–10 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees — remote destinations, holidays, and carrier delays can add time.

Tracking

Carrier tracking is emailed to you automatically once your order ships. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the shipping confirmation.

Lost or stuck orders

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, or your order does not arrive within the estimated window, email [email protected] with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the order is lost in transit, replace or refund it. See our Refund & Returns policy for details.
