Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern your purchase of physical goods from this store. By placing an order, you agree to them. The seller is TNAADO Inc. (doing business as Dream Daley), 1050 King St W, Toronto, ON M6K 0C7, Canada. Questions: [email protected].

Pricing and taxes

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). The Im Everywhere hat is $50 CAD with flat $9.75 CAD shipping. HST is applied at checkout as required (TNAADO Inc. is HST-registered). Prices may change at any time, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay for that order.

Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we charge your payment method and begin production. We may decline or cancel any order — for example due to a pricing error, suspected fraud, or inability to fulfil — and if we do, we will refund any amount charged. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Made to order

Items are made to order and embroidered on demand. Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping and Refund & Returns policies, which form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The Dream Daley name, logo, the "Im Everywhere" mark, product designs, artwork, and all site content are the property of TNAADO Inc. and its licensors. Buying a product does not transfer any rights in this intellectual property. You may not reproduce, resell for commercial purposes, or create derivative branded goods without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TNAADO Inc.'s total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Ontario have jurisdiction over any dispute.
